NEW PRODUCT LINE- Cadillac Escalade L92 / LS3 Heads!

You heard it right. New Corvettes , 6.2 Litre GM Trucks and Cadillac Escalades will gain some real performance with the addition of our 5 axis CNC ported cylinder heads! How does 368 CFM sound? The LS-3 / L92 heads move some pretty good air in stock form, but the large bore wants more! Your Corvette , Escalade or 6.2 Litre GM / Chevrolet Pick-up will surely be the envy of evryone who doesn't have them. We are also working on a new coil pak with higher voltage and dwell time for added horsepower! Now you can turn those big 22" wheels over like there's nothing to it! 5 axis CNC porting means they'll be deadly consistent and you have the spark needed to get the candles glowing!

We also offer 5 axis CNC ported castings for the LS-1 engine too! Time to wake your LS1 engine up so everyone else can smell the coffee!

 
Airboat Engine Specialist

airboat-engine-02We are adding an airboat engines section due to the large number of our engines and parts going out to the airboat crowd. Lay  rest to the myth that Cadillac engines are only good for direct drive  applications! In stock form, this is correct. The rotating assembly and valve train warrant this assumption. Due to the development of  some good parts and a few pioneering boat owners, we now know that these engines will pull about any gear and prop combo! Working with  Sharon at Stinger Gearboxes, we have tried about every combo out there, even a 2.68 with an 80" 4 blade Superwide! Pulls to 5000 RPM  with max pitch. Not much else out there that can make that claim! The  real kicker is HOW this engines excels past the more common 502 and  572 crates. True, they make some decent power, but where? Way up high  in the rpm range where it's pretty much useless on a boat. Our Cadillacs whip ass from the get go and keep on keeping on! Our  complete crate engines make a logical choice for a powerplant and the  longevity is far more than desirable too. Give us a call and we'll get  you started on your way to a trouble free, powerful season of boating.  We can even hook you up with customers (and folks who did it on their own!) who will be glad to give testament to the benefit of these  monsters! 

We NOW have developed a camshaft kit for you direct drive guys! We rate these things conservatively at 600 FT LBS at 3000! Hows that for snap. We ran the number through our CUP guru- Stan Justus' program and came up with a badass  profile for low rpm power. This will even work with STOCK rockers and springs. You will need to trim the guide tops for retainer to guide contact as you will on ANY higher lift Cadillac cam!

 
Were Back

We're back from the Engine Masters Challenge competition. We had our sights set on a victory, but unfortunately Murphy's Law claimed another victim. Our harmonic balancer came loose on the warmup pull during the qualifying round and in our rush to fix it we didn't have time to re-jet the carburetor. The combination of extremely lean mixture and poor fuel resulted in a lot of detonation which instantly killed the rings. Even in these conditions, the engine still put out 782 HP. With proper jetting we predict it would have made 840-850 HP range. Unfortunately, these things happen, and though we're disappointed we intend to show back up in 2007 to claim our check.

Now that the Engine Masters competition is behind us, we're looking forward to the great products we will bring to market in the near future. Our next priority is to finish our "Boogieman" series cylinder heads and intake, which will propel Cadillacs to a whole new level of performance without sacrificing what this engine is all about -- stump pulling torque and streetability.
